Making Respectful Care a Reality through Action and Advocacy
Interactive Webinar

Respectful care is something we know women want, but it has yet to become a consistent reality in the United States and globally. Change in policy and practice must be made to ensure the best outcomes for women, their families, and their communities. Speakers at the 2021 DC Maternal and Infant Health Summit explored how reproductive and birth justice support the provision of respectful and anti-racist care.

Now, during this interactive webinar, we will discuss tools and advocacy priorities that get us closer to the quality of care that Black birthing parents need.

Panelists will share how they have been able to implement changes that lead to better experiences and outcomes for clients, from advocacy and awareness to clinical care models and tools. Webinar participants will have the opportunity to dialogue with panelists about resources, best practices, and opportunities for change.
